April 2020 –Reliable Medical Supply (“RMS”), a portfolio company of Seven Hills Capital, is pleased to announce the purchase of A&A Medical Supply (“A&A”)
A&A Medical Supply (“A&A”) was founded in 2006 and has become a leading provider of CRT solutions in Ohio and Northern Kentucky. With the addition of A&A RMS expands its commitment to provide the highest level of clinical solutions to a larger patient base across the Midwest.
RMS is a provider of complex rehab technology (“CRT”), clinical respiratory products, and durable medical equipment (“DME”) and supplies across Minnesota. RMS was recapitalized by Seven Hills in November of 2018.
