NASHVILLE, TN (April 13, 2026) — ExperCARE Urgent & Primary Care, a Partner Company of Seven Hills Capital (“Seven Hills”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of After Hours Clinic, a trusted provider of urgent care with locations in Jasper and Sumiton, Alabama. The transaction closed on March 31, 2026, and expands ExperCARE’s footprint in Walker County, strengthening its position as a leading provider of integrated urgent and primary care across Alabama.
After Hours Clinic will continue to operate under its existing name, with all current staff and providers remaining in place. Patients can expect the same care teams they know and trust, with no disruption to service. The partnership brings together shared infrastructure and resources while preserving the community-focused approach that has defined both organizations.
“This partnership reflects a shared commitment to putting patients first,” said Walt Porter, CEO of ExperCARE. “After Hours has built a strong reputation for community-focused care. We’re proud to welcome their team into the ExperCARE family. Together, we are expanding access while preserving the local relationships and culture that matter most to patients.”
“ExperCARE continues to demonstrate what operator-centric growth looks like in practice,” said Matt Pettit, Founding Partner of Seven Hills Capital. “The After Hours team has built something special in Walker County, and this partnership gives them the platform and resources to build on that foundation while staying true to the values their patients rely on. We are proud to support ExperCARE as they continue to expand access to high-quality care across the region.”
The acquisition of After Hours Clinic adds to ExperCARE’s ongoing growth across Alabama and further establishes the company as a leading provider of integrated urgent and primary care services in the region.
